ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), AUSTRIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, NETHERLANDS, SPAIN, SWITZERLAND, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE, COUNTRY AND/OR PROVINCE OF RESIDENCE, AND HAVE A VALID GAME OF THRONES: LEGENDS ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and living in their same households, whether or not related) of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advetising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Game of Thrones: Legends – Iconic Items Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts on November 12, 2025, beginning at or around 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) / 10:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”), and ends at 2:00 PM PST on November 24, 2025 / 10:00 PM GMT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official Time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Eligible players may enter once per Entry Method for a maximum of three (3) entries throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries made in excess are void.
All entry information and other content submitted by an entrant as part of these Sweepstakes shall be referred to herein as an “Entry”, and collectively as the “Entries”. All Entries must comply with the Entry Requirements (as outlined below), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All Entries must be received by 2:00 PM PST on November 24, 2025 / 10:00 PM GMT. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. If you do not have a Facebook, Instagram, or X account, establishing an account is free. All Facebook, Instagram, and X terms apply (as applicable).
If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data fees may apply. You should consult your wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entries must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules or is otherwise not fit for a general audience or in good taste.
DRAWING, NOTIFICATION, AND WINNER VERIFICATION: Potential Winners will be notified by direct message and/or by tagging them in a comment on the sweepstakes post via the platform from which their drawn Entry was received within three (3) days of the drawing. In order to claim their Prize, Winners will need to respond to Sponsor’s initial notification within three (3) days and provide their Game of Thrones: Legends Account ID to be verified. Potential Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner does not respond to initial contact within three (3) days, a potential winner rejects their prize or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules or is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.
PRIZES (4): Four (4) Winners will receive one of the following prizes, at Sponsors discretion (“Prize” or collectively “Prizes”):
Three (3) Winners will receive one (1) Game of Thrones: Legends hoodie Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $50 USD). Total ARV $50 USD.
One (1) Winner will receive a Grand Prize Pack including: one (1) Game of Thrones: Legends hoodie (ARV $50 USD), one (1) The Official Westeros Cookbook-Insight Edition (ARV $35 USD), and one (1) Game of Thrones Replica Sword (ARV $200 USD). Total ARV of Grand Prize Pack: $285 USD.
Total ARV of all Prizes: $435 USD.
Replica Sword Prize is not a toy, please keep out of the reach of children. Prize is intended solely for display purposes as a collector's item. To the maximum extent permitted by law, prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned or transferred or redeemed for cash, however Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will be delivered to Winners via mail. Limit one (1) Prize per household. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Prize(s) or any Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.
If a U.S. resident, Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of a winner for the actual value of the prizes received.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each Winner, by acceptance of the Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, social media handle, address (city and state), photograph (including, without limitation, profile photo), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval, except where prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Meta Platforms (dba Facebook and Instagram), X Corp., Google LLC, Home Box Office, Inc.,and Warner Bros. Entertainment, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.
DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: SUBJECT TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE MANDATORY PROVISIONS OF ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES
Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be secled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
For French entrants: the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the laws of France. French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the events of disputes, claims, and causes of action arising hereunder.
For German residents: Sponsor is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
USE OF DATA: Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor or its data processors in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.take2games.com/privacy. By participating, you hereby acknowledge : (i) you have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing your personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by your own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
WINNERS LIST: To receive the names (Last name or surname, country of residence) of the winners, send a request via (as applicable) the Game of Thrones: Legends Instagram or Facebook page, no later than thirty (30) days a‘er the end of the Sweepstakes. Any United Kingdom entrant may request that the amount of information about them published in the way described above be reduced, by contacting the Sponsor through Customer Support (https://zynga.support/GOTLSupport). In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s Entries, to the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if the Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes.
