Mance Rayder, a former Night’s Watch ranger, became the King Beyond the Wall by uniting the Free Folk to outrun the rising cold of the dead. In battle, he acts as a robust damage soak for aggressive Free Folk teams. He utilizes minion generation to shield his allies and overwhelm slower, defensive opponents by enabling a potent BLEED playstyle.

Skill

Unite The Clans – If Mance has a WILDLING HORDE he consumes it to gain STEALTH for a number of turns and REINFORCE the battlefield by replacing his allies with Free Folk Raiders with a percentage of HP and Stamina to join the battle. Then Mance and each of his allies strike his target for ATK Physical Damage.

Trait

I’m Not A King – Mance’s true strength lies in the fierce loyalty of those who choose to follow him. He begins combat with a certain percentage of WILDLING HORDE at his back. Whenever an enemy falls to one of his Free Folk allies, Mance rallies his forces, gaining an additional percentage of WILDLING HORDE to fuel his devastating summons.

Let Me Burn – Whenever Mance takes Fire Damage, he HEALS his allies for DEF and REMOVES Debuff from each of them.

Champion Strategy

Mance Rayder is highly effective as a damage soak for aggressive rosters, especially when surrounded by fellow Free Folk. Utilize the Unite The Clans Skill to replace allies with Raiders and shield your core team while deploying his Raiders to apply BLEED, ensuring that slower, defensive enemy teams cannot heal through your relentless assault.

Three Champions: 

• The Night King: Mance Rayder’s ability to swarm the battle can help quickly stack Omen for massive damage.

• Wun Wun: Wun Wun can grant Mance an indefinite stealth buff, until Wun Wun is defeated. By hiding Wun Wun behind Mance’s soldiers, Mance can rule the battle from safety.

• Osha: Osha and other free folk who synergize with Bleed will greatly benefit from Mance’s army. Each soldier can apply bleed allowing them to quickly take advantage of the onslaught of soldiers.

The King Beyond the Wall, Mance Rayder is here to bring the wildling horde south of the wall. His ability to quickly REINFORCE the battle with an army of his followers can quickly overwhelm the enemy forces.

Pair him with champions who can utilize the swarm to defeat all who stand before you. Mance Rayder can quickly stack the Night King’s Omen, trigger Icy Viserion’s blast of blue flames, and Craster's shields as he replenishes the ranks. Add in Osha to gain the Free Folk synergy and more bleed synergy to bring those south of the wall to their knees. The King Beyond the Wall, and his army does not kneel, summon Mance Rayder today!

Trials

Mance is very capable in Raids, but he shines best in game modes with multiple enemies, such as trials and campaign, where he can gain more stacks of his WILDLING HORDE to continue to REINFORCE the battle with a vast amount of fighters.
