Starting on January 7, at 1PM E.T., the following Iconic Item will be available to unlock when Alicent Hightower (The Green Queen) is enhanced to Star Level 3:

Iconic Ability

How Sweetly The Fox Speaks – At the start of each turn, Alicent has an increased chance to grant BIRTHRIGHT to her Weakest ally. At higher levels, when a Greens ally is defeated, Alicent gains BIRTHRIGHT, and the first time an ally falls below 50% HP, they gain Power for a number of turns.

Alicent’s Iconic Ability grants her some new utility as a Mender. She now gives BIRTHRIGHT to her weakest ally at the start of each turn - even if they’re not a Green! When someone takes down one of her allies she recharges some of her own BIRTHRIGHT, and at the highest levels she grants Power to an ally when their HP drops low. 

The Catspaw Dagger also boosts the following Champion stats: Defense (DEF), Tenacity, and Durability.
