Starting on March 4, at 1PM E.T., the following Iconic Item will be available to unlock when Theon Greyjoy is enhanced to Star Level 3:

Iconic Ability

Better To Be Cruel – When Theon strikes an enemy with his Skill, he inflicts them with 1 RAID indefinitely. At higher levels, when a RAIDED enemy is defeated, Theon grants his team Stamina, with Greyjoy team members receiving an extra Stamina boost. At the maximum level, if Theon uses his Skill first this turn, for the rest of the turn when an enemy is inflicted with ICE or RAID, he will attack that enemy.

As Theon is torn between two families, his Iconic Item reflects his internal conflict. With his item equipped, the RAID he applies with his Skill never expires. When his item is maxed out, he is able to land extra hits on enemies when they are inflicted with ICE or RAID.
