New Champion: Seasmoke
Greetings House Leaders,
When his previous rider, Laenor Velaryon, died, Seasmoke rejected many riders before seeking out a new rider on his own. He has grown restless of late, and the time has come for him to take to the skies once more. Read on to learn more about this new Legendary Champion, and play now to test out this Champion’s might!

Seasmoke (The Silver Velaryon)

Seasmoke is a slow-to-ramp but devastatingly powerful force on the battlefield. He requires time to seek out his rider, but once claimed, he becomes a massive threat. Empowering combo teams and stacking FURY, Seasmoke ensures that the skies burn and your enemies fall before his might.
Skill
The Dragon’s Bond – Seasmoke does not wait to be claimed; he chooses his rider. He marks a target ally and grants them FURY. Any time the marked ally uses their Skill, Seasmoke gains FURY then strikes a random foe for a percentage of his ATK as Fire Damage, dealing bonus Fire Damage per RAID on his target.
Traits
Claimed By Flame – If Seasmoke's rider is defeated, Seasmoke gains Stamina. If Seasmoke has a rider, he will empower the first team member that uses their Skill during a turn. The first ally to use their skill each turn will cause Seasmoke to apply RAID to all enemies, then grant that Champion a percentage of his current Stamina.
Storm Of Silver – When an enemy is defeated, Seasmoke gains FURY. At the start of each turn, if Seasmoke is ENRAGED, he will afflict a random foe with FIRE and RAID.
Champion Strategy
Seasmoke is designed to excel in PvP and dismantle opposing forces. He is slow to begin, as he needs to find his rider before he can truly unleash his power. However, once he has a rider, he empowers combo teams brilliantly. Because he continually passes his Stamina to ensure his rider can act, keeping his chosen combo starter fueled is the key to landing devastating blows. When Seasmoke becomes ENRAGED, he applies FIRE and RAID randomly at the start of each turn, ensuring he remains a constant, suffocating threat.
Synergies
Three Champions:
Laenor Velaryon - Seasmoke’s original rider makes a great ally for Seasmoke. Since Laenor’s ability is empowered when he is the first to use his skill, Seasmoke can ensure your combos are ready to strike more often, healing your team and applying RAID.
Corlys Velaryon - Corlys has the ability to add multiple RAID in an AoE. This helps ensure that Seasmoke will always deal damage no matter which foe he strikes.
Rhaenyra Targaryen - Rhaenyra is incredibly powerful, but slow. If she becomes empowered by Seasmoke, he can act as a stamina battery ensuring she brings the pain. Rhaenyra’s powerful passive healing can help ensure Seasmoke and their allies survive until the late game.

Seasmoke has many viable team compositions. As a supportive champion, he is great at enabling champions and allowing them to use their skill multiple times in a turn while simultaneously dealing damage.
When paired with Corlys and Laenor, they form a powerful defensive core that can be filled out with a variety of damage dealers. Use Craghas and Yara to capitalize on RAID. Rhaenyra and other blacks can maximize the value of Seasmoke’s FURY. Daenerys can maximize the value of Seasmoke’s FIRE. Experiment and unleash the power of a dragon!
Best Battle Modes
RAIDS / Alliance Wars
Seasmoke is a slow champion that focuses on stacking debuffs and empowering his allies. Seasmoke thrives in longer battles, once he empowers an ally he can let loose and unleash the power of a dragon.
In alliance wars, look for Outposts which can empower Seasmoke by adding RAID to enemies or helping him gain stamina to join the battle more quickly.
