The winds of change have swept through the Seven Kingdoms, and the balance of power has shifted as new teams take their place in the Iron Throne division of Raids. Read on to learn more about our featured team’s power and might and how you can utilize their allegiance to your advantage.
With the highest defensive win rate atop the Iron Throne Tier, a new Defense team, featuring members of the Blacks Faction, has risen to the top!

Here are some tips from one of our developers on how to use this team to its potential:
Enrage is this team’s strength so use tactics to survive until you become enraged. There are two ways to execute this. One strategy is to use stall tactics: Shields, Renew, or fast taunt champions like Stannis, Meryn or Wun Wun as lead. Another is to accelerate your stamina by using Criston Cole or Khaleesi. Anything to get Rhaenyra or Rhaenys to use their skills more (Rhaenys specifically if she is the leader).
We’d also like to point out that you shouldn’t sleep on the Epics: Rhaena, The Guardian Rook, and Crownlands Knight. Though they don’t have Legendary Champion stats, they remain really strong and can also generate fury, which helps trigger enraged faster.
Dragonstone Maester is also a great Epic Champion to pair with this team. He gives taunt and heals Targaryens when they take damage. This is beneficial since The Blacks are a dual faction.
